My name is Kit Christensen.  My brokerage is Century 21 Advantage in Idaho Falls.  I  am the local sales associate for Arco and Mackay, with an office in Arco, at 132 Deloris Ave.

My home is located between Arco and Mackay.  The Arco and Mackay Idaho area is a great place to live.  Both communities have a small town environment, and are located close to Beautiful mountain scentery and public lands.  High mountain lakes and streams have great fishing, and there is an abundance of deer and mountain lakes and streams have great fishing, and there is an aundance of deer and elk.

Area real estate is quite affordable.  Arco homes start at about $45,000, and Mackay home prices are generally $65,000 and up.  Vacant land prices for 5-10 acres begin at $5,000 per acre.  Farm parcels with 80 acres or more are usualy $1,500 - $2,500 per acre.
